The food was fantastic unfortunately the pies were just warm

Pros :1. Great sausage roll2. Great Coffee3. Easy parking and walking distance to beautiful beach4. Wise price5. Great full food display with attractive and mouth watering dessert and savoury dishesCons :1. Bad customer service, greeting the customer and if not trying to rush customer to make an order would be great (there is no customer other than 3 of us)2. The chocolate muffins so dry and crumbling like cookies. I choose the fresh chocolate muffin in the display and when I want to pay my order, the staff give the one which sit on the counter bench wrapped with plastic.3. Customer service can be improved, for a cafe which not serve dine in serving (plate, spoon, knife mugs or glasses- all being served in take away cup and paper bag) there appears to be extra staff there which would be great if some of them can clean or wipe the table. Got our order, the 3 of us wondering where to sit coz all the tables and chairs dirty, after 5 minutes, one of the staff came and wiped the table, absolutely soaking wet like she had washed the table. We ended up sitting outside.Overall , OK experience and could be improved especially the customer service.

Very dissapointed with vegan chocolate cake bar quality.I have purchased two of them, because wanted to share with dear friends, and the size of vegan is double smaller than non vegan cake bar.so i find it very unfair.and the cake perhaps stayed in the shop for week or so, to be so dry and lack of any taste.

Fast, friendly efficient service. The party I had was on point, great pastry crunch and filling, my wife's sausage roll also was a big hit. Banana cake and Apple crumble slice were also very morish. Great range to choose from for both food and drinks. Will definitely be returning.

Such a great selection, couldn't resist these gorgeous cupcakes.Definitely recommend popping in.

Went today for a coffee and the girl there done an annoying face to me because I have asked a bit more cold milk as the coffee was to hot( I asked it not to hot).Very rude I told her I seen her not nice at all. I got a chocolate log cake and it was dry. Bakery should be fresh. You will hear small business complain about Coles and Woolworths but if your quality is low you will loose business . We paid more thinking we would support the small guy and get the good quality. May as well pay less and get same quality at a supermarkets.

Good food, quick, efficient and friendly service.

Love a pastie freshly made so delicious but too much pastry not enough veggies

Had a steak pie,good flavour and tender meat would have liked if it was slightly hotter,but good overall.
