DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!This company cancelled on us ONE HOUR before they were meant to arrive before our sons birthday set up. Using the excuse that the equipment was destroyed from the rain at the party the day before. My husband had a discussion with the owner and she agreed to bring some of the equipment we had paid for that was able to be used.When the staff showed up at our how, the way she treated us and our guests was the most appalling thing any of us have ever witnessed. From the moment she walked into our home she spoke to us in a disgusting and disrespectful manner. She was rude and antagonizing towards anyone that tried to help or made eye contact with her. She verbally abused several of our guests, calling me horrendous names that certainly don’t need to be repeated and she then escalated the abuse to physical abuse towards me by slapping me across my arm, I have photos of a clearly visible red welting hand print on my arm. This not only is completely unacceptable to happen in our own home, but in general.The other issue was the equipment itself, they messaged us saying that it was wet and destroyed from the last party and had spent all night and morning attempting to dry it for our party. However, it showed up to our house wet and still full of grass from the last venue, there had been no attempt to clean or dry this at all. Not only did this leave a complete mess at our place but this is completely unacceptable during the current health pandemic and goes against the Government’s Covid Safe Framework. This equipment needs to be cleaned and sanitized between each client. We were willing to take the equipment on damp, as they informed us that it was due to wet weather, however we were not willing to take it on filthy and unsanitized equipment. Our guests had to clean off grass and mud then sanitize the equipment before it was able to be used for the party.After recieving the text saying they were canceling on us, we tried calling around other companies to see if they had any availability and were able to help out. Two of these companies told us that they get regular calls like ours about this company cancelling on people at short notice for no reason, purely because they just wake up and couldn't be bothered to do the job! Which was clearly the case in our situation as well.SO DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE US AS!AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

My little ones had an absolute blast using the Roly Poly Kids soft play equipment. Anita and the team are wonderful to deal with.

Anita was great to deal with, very friendly and positive. She went out of her way to make sure everything was just perfect.The equipment is well maintained and the kids didn’t want to get off!A++ would use again

We hired the Adventure Package for our sons 1st birthday party and were so pleased with the set up. Anita and the team were extremely friendly, had great attention to detail, and all of the equipment was clean, sanitized and in excellent condition. I can not fault this company - they are very professional and accommodating and we are so glad we chose them to be part of our sons birthday. All of the children had a great time playing on their equipment. Highly recommended.
