Peter and Nick are always helpful nothing is ever a problem or too much trouble.Bought a whole lamb last minute for Easter 2019 and got compliments for weeks after from all my family and friends how nice and tender and tasty it was.They didn't have stock but called me back the next day confirming that their supplier would deliver before the weekend.Thanks guys you're the best your effort and dedication never goes unnoticed.None of the supermarkets do this you're just a irrelevant number to them.We need independent stores of all kinds especially fresh produce!Keep up the good work! And Thanks again!

I have been a loyal customer from day one that they openedIt is more then 4 years.They customer service was always outstanding.My purchase was always over $80 dollars.I was at they store just a day before Father’s Day and every time the older guy served me hi always gives me bad meat.I went and complained about the meat he has given me and told him it wasn’t the first time and that the first time I return it and George replace it.Hi was rude and arrogant I went home and took the meat out of the bin to show him and prove a point that I was not happy.His response was terrible and an unexeptableI told him that I respect his age but I don’t appreciate his rudeness.It is as if u don’t want me as a customer and his response was don’t come back.Great attitude.I will never go back again.

I have always enjoyed a quality butcher . Today I got the curried sausages from southgate . Great flavour . One suggestion the skin on the (I assume blanched sausages) was tough . Perhaps the skin should be taken off after blanching .

Great service and fantastic quality meat. My fussy 2 year old daughter is particularly fond of the cutlets and italian sausages. So glad to know that this is a dinner that she will eat.

I live in south west Sydney and take the 45 min drive to sylvania as have always been happy with the quality, sadly not this time, bought $20 of wagyu burgers and they did not look right when I unpacked them. The consistency of the meat was very different to previous times and on cooking them, so much fat came out of the patties, even worse we were spitting out the inedible pieces of gristle, lost my business!

Stapleton's Quality Meats Southgate
A well stocked butchers in a handy location in Southgate Shopping Centre. Excellent quality meat and poultry. Their lamb chops, sausages and steaks are delicious. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service. They often give tips on how to cook or prepare your selected purchases, which you don't get when purchasing your meats from supermarkets.

Really love this butcher shop! Great quality meat and fantastic service. The butchers are always willing to share creative cooking tips and never complain when I ask for my meat order to be packed in small freezer-friendly portions!

My favourite butcher in Sydney. The meat here never disappoints, my guests often ask where i get my meat from! A huge thank you to the butchers at Southgate not just for the quality of your meat but also for the lovely service and laughs - reminds me of the way butcher shops used to be.
