I have dealt with two sections of the real estate. Rental - Brent was the best agent for rentals. He treated me (the tenant) with respect and no question was a bother. I have recommended him to friends who now use him to manage their rental properties. Sales - Justin made buying property easy and smooth. I cannot recommend him highly enough either. Keith Brady Real Estate is by far the most professional team I have come across. As a renter, I have often been left to feel like an inconvenience by property managers, but not here with Brent. Emails were responded to quickly and effectively, with requests being dealt with literally within the hour. Wonderful͏ AgentAfter meeting with a few local agents we choose Jane to sell my brothers villa after he passed away. Jane could not have done more for us. She understood how difficult the situation was, including the fact we live in a different state. She personally met with any contractors we had booked & also helped with the removers, 1800 got junk and charity shop to get the right items as we couldn't be there. Jane and Aitch Home Styling managed to make my brothers place look so new and modern which helped achieve a lot of interest in the villa.Jane is a very warm and friendly agent which certainly help us achieve a buyer on our first open house and when that unfortunately fell through Jane had a 2nd open house organised within the weekend and secured a new buyer at a better price within a week of the first buyer pulling out.Jane was very realistic but optimistic when it came to pricing and where our unit sat in the market and Jane exceeded our sale price expectations.Anyone looking for a dedicated, friendly, hardworking and honest Estate Agent I can not recommend Jane and all of her office enough.
