Can be quite hit-and-miss when looking for presents - there's often a large range (especially compared to other stores) however they still seem to be quite narrow at times (eg having lots of christmas stuff that's general, but not specific gifts for wife/child). Staff are usually friendly, and only a few people in the line in front of you, so not too long to wait.

My 12yr old made a purchase and it was more than she was expecting, but not being confident she paid on keycard and met me at the front of the store. We immediately went in for a refund, and were told no it was store credit only. The only positive is that the assistant was pleasant. Very disappointed with this lack of refund. It would have been no more than 1 min after the transaction. It was a candle and a small gimmick toy for a cost of $46.00. I now have a credit in a store i don't want to shop in.

A bit on the pricey side but really love the homewears. Yes it's crowded but not too crowded you can't get around. I have found all the staff to be polite and helpful when I have gone in there on several occasions. It's full of lovely coastal homewears and decor which I love.

Magazines. Newspapers. Lotteries. Giftware. Wrapping paper and all sorts of cards for whatever the occasion to celebrate.Plus lots more in-store, which I'm sure if you visit, you'll find what you're looking for.Friendly, helpful and attentive staff.

Very courteous & polite staff members here at Nextra. Great place to go for that special card for someone special, lotto, lottery tickets or scratches, they also have an extensive range of quality gifts are which is always changing.
