Paul is an absolute legend! Totally recommend!

Paul cost me $2000 and has demonstrated to me why people hate tradies. And I am a tradie. Having called him on a Friday requesting important testing and tagging of tools the following Monday, he assured me it was fine and we booked an appointment for early afternoon that Monday, depending how his earlier job was going. I called him at 1pm on the Monday for an update. He told me his job was taking longer than expected and he could be at my place about 3pm. That was the last I heard from him. I messaged, I called, I got no response. He never turned up, he never responded. Had I known this was likely, I had 3 days to find an alternative from my first contact with him. As a result I lost a $2000 job. So far he has not had the courage to contact me. It seems he was having a bad day and my job was too small to matter. Paul is an example of why I encounter people with no trust in tradespeople and I have to win them over despite having done no wrong. Do not trust Paul!!
