Kay Flynn Ballet And Dancing Academy

I started dancing at KFDA when I was 5 years old and continued until I was 18 completing RAD Ballet exams. I am now lucky enough to teach along side Kay Flynn and continue to teach the love of dance from the very studio that made me fall in love with it. I have gained so much knowledge and values that still help me in the real world and not just the dance world.

I have been with Miss Flynn for over ten years and each one has been incredible and exciting. The amazing quality of teaching and the wonderful inclusiveness of the studio makes it a wonderful and enjoyable place to dance.

My experience at Kay Flynn Dancing Academy was a joy growing up. Miss Flynn's love and passion for dance is contagious. Her studio is a friendly, creative environment that produces not just excellent dancers, but also kind, strong and confident people. I have had the pleasure of watching Kay Flynn's dance concerts for nearly 20 years. I have watched the entire journey of some of her past students, from their stage debut as tiny tots to grown professional dancers who exude grace, presence and solid technique. I now have my own sweet girls starting their dance journey with Miss Flynn and they are loving every moment. Miss Flynn is a talent unto herself and knows the world of dance like the back of her hand. A most beautiful dance school that is warm and welcoming, engaging and productive. Highly recommended if you want your little dancer to be the best dancer they can be :)

I was a student at KFDA for 14 years where I completed my RAD Ballet exams and both my ADA Tap and Jazz exams. Throughout my time at KFDA I learnt valuable life lessons and made life long memories. Miss Flynn was an exceptional teacher who was always supportive and kind whilst encouraging me to work hard. Miss Flynn nurtured my loved for dance and I highly recommend KFDA to anyone interested in dancing, no matter your ability.

KFDA is the real deal - finding the perfect balance between ballet professionalism and discipline and fun and frivolity. Cannot speak more highly of the focus and dedication of Miss Flynn and her team of young teachers. The academy is successful in teaching real skills but also filling my daughter's life with fun and frirndship. Grateful that both RAD Ballet and ADA Jazz and Tap exam preparation is provided. As a mature student working towards vocational examination grades, I have found the classes to be welcoming and inclusive. The quality and thoughtfulness of teaching from Ms Flynn and her team are second to none. This is without a doubt the best studio I have trained in.
