Honouring my partner in a dignified manner was my priority and it took a lot online research before I came upon Eternity Memorials and best of all they are AUSTRALIAN based!!! Their web-page and the selection they offered for commemorating a loved one’s ashes with their selection of ‘Ashes into Glasses’ was very impressive. I was drawn to the glass pendant collection and with such reasonable prices I decided to order TWO ‘Eternity Pendants”.The process of contacting Eternity Memorials was hassle free as I was able to contact Llewelyn via the mobile provided on their website. His prompt reply and compassionate tone was most reassuring and I confidently sent the required ashes via the ‘Registered Postage’ that Llewelyn sent.Words cannot do justice to my emotions when my pendants arrived within the promised 4 weeks turn around after they received the ashes. My hand-crafted pendants by Danielle are extraordinary and I wear them with joy knowing that my beloved Russell will always be with me.

When I came across Eternity Memorials and saw the beautiful items they created with ashes I knew immediately that I wanted a pendant. I had kept a small amount of my Mum's ashes, brought back from the UK in 2005 and only a teaspoon or less was needed to create the clear stone pendant I chose. When it arrived it was everything I hoped it would be and when I wear it I will have a little piece of my Mum with me. I am beyond thrilled I have this exquisite, unique to me pendant in my jewellery collection and in time it will be passed down the family line. I thank Eternity Memorials for creating such a beautiful, personalised pendant which I will wear with pride.

We really loved what Welly at Eternity Memorials made for us to have our beloved Denva's ashes in. Welly put in so much love and caring in the beautiful memorial and was wonderful in every step of the process.He respected us and Denva. Now we would like to have another sphere and a couple of comfort stones created.We recommend this wonderful artisan to all those who treasure their loved ones.

I have to say that dealing with Llewelyn from Eternity Memorials has been an absolute pleasure, despite the sad circumstances. From the very start, communications were responded to both rapidly and with sincere empathy. The whole experience was made easy by the care and consideration that has gone into making this a seamless process from start to finish. The only difficult part was choosing the colour, although having spoken to Llewelyn, he arranged a custom one for us. Nothing is too much trouble.Having a beautiful sphere crafted by Llewelyn, which can sit in the living room and not seem out of place, to remind us of the happiness our Labrador brought our family, is a gift.Thank-you Llewelyn and team ... amazing work by lovely people.

I received my beautiful sphere yesterday. Its a beautiful memorial to my special furbaby Mishca. It will have pride of place in my lounge so I can see it everyday and feel Mishca is with me every day.
