PACK & SEND Moorabbin

Great service. Took only 4 days to have my guitar with just a soft case picked up, packed safely, and sent from Melbourne to QLD from the time I rang and booked the service.

Highly recommend PACK & SEND Moorabbin. Customer service by Ragan Rose is the BEST I have ever come across. Friendly, attention to detail and careful handling of my parcel with fragile items, was very much appreciated. I was clearly informed of the delivery process ensured my parcel was in very good hands. I left the store a very happy customer :)

Dealing with Stephen at Moorabbin was a wonderful experience. It was him answering the phone every time which meant we could build a rapport and I wasn’t retelling my story to each new customer service representative. I had a last minute request to send a pallet interstate and he made all the arrangements for me and was consistent and timely with updates. When I changed an address he also worked to push it through with the third party courier. Unfortunately, the third party courier was not so ‘hands on’ with their customer service and a lot of chasing was required to get a delivery time from them. I eventually got one, 1 hour prior to delivery and was told if we weren’t there it would be taken back to the warehouse. That’s really the only part of the experience that was a let down, otherwise, wonderful service.
