Maria and all the ladies at Bay Travel & Cruise have been fantastic at this time. I and my family use them exclusively and they have managed to get family members home early, trips rescheduled and been on top of all the constant changes. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Look after everyone in the travel industry chain and use a travel agent.

The team have been fantastic in rescheduling and responding to constant changes during the pandemic. When things like this happen the service from a travel agent is so important and Maria and the team are experts at adapting and managing the issues. I recommend them without hesitation.

Over many years we have found Carol and her team so helpful and professional in recommending holiday tours and locations and then planning detailed itineraries, arranging all travel, tour operators, transfers, etc., and importantly managing changes. This has never been so important than during the many Covid related cancellations, getting refunds and credits and re-booking tours, flights, transfers and accommodation. Having previously booked many tours, etc., on-line, we certainly have now become travel agent devotees, as we realise how Bay Travel through their world-wide contacts and experience can get great deals, manage payments to be as late as possible, and are amazingly responsive 24/7 to help with urgent situations which arise. Gary helped me get out of a pinch when booking a return flight over the phone on short notice. He was so quick to have things booked and followed me up letting me know it was sorted out.
