I can’t recommend Grahame highly enough. The level of customer service I experienced here is something that you see less and less these days.Grahame could tell that my wife and I didn’t have a clue, but working together came up with a plan and full list of parts for our system. When we came back to pickup all the parts he spent nearly two hours going through everything and talking us through it. I never felt pressured to buy anything or felt I was being pushed out the door.With all the help I have had and using the useful links on DWS’ website, I have installed my own irrigation system in my yard and couldn’t be happier. The products DWS sells are good quality and will stand up over time.

Brilliant irrigation supplier! Grahame and his staff are irrigation professionals. Their advice and service is second to none, with decades of experience to back it up. DWS carries a large range of stock ready to go, or alternatively can build a full irrigation package ahead of time ready to be picked up. Their design service (proper designs that work!) is excellent, saving hours of time and guaranteeing a good baseline result in the garden. Very sharp pricing is bonus. I highly recommend Designer Watering Systems as a supplier if you're looking to install a quality residential or commercial irrigation system.

I doubt there is anything about irrigation that I could ask that Grahame would not know the answer to. Very knowledgable and very helpful, if also very busy. Can recommend highly, as long as you have some idea what you are doing and don't expect him to spend hours explaining everything to you.
