Amazing service, i am on the single parent pension and have been struggling to find a vehicle anywhere, went into Ozcar they were super lovely and helped me find the perfect car. although it took a little time we got there in the end and i couldn't be more happy :)

Ozcar rockhampton, what an amazing team, bought my car from them about a month ago, today had an issue with a flat battery, they came within minutes to help me, go home to no charge and cldnt lock my car. Kane you are awesome as you came hours after you finished work to help me, such a a compassionate and caring person who takes his commitment seriously, not just a salesman a real person who genuinely cares about his clients and assures them that they are important and is able to resolve any difficulties. Such helpful and experienced staff, that makes buying a car stress free! I’ve had trouble with other car yards before so I was quite nervous going in, but the team made me feel very comfortable and helped me every step of the way. Go a unsolicited text message from this company on my Optus DATA ONLY sim which i have never given out to anyone so this company either buys off black market with the recent optus data breach or optus onsold the number to them. Nonetheless shifty and untrustworthy way to do business

BUYER BEWARE!!If you are going to purchase from these guys be very careful, make sure you take it away and have a good look at everything about the car before you make a commitment… then if you do make that commitment do not pick it up until everything is fixed because if you don’t and they promise you that they will fix it.. and they won’t , and PLEASE do not sign a contract until you have read it throughly!!! If it’s nothing is fixed with the car you will need to chase them to do it or they will lie and tell you everything is fixed when it isn’t and they will tell what you want to hear.Purchasing a new car from them which should have been a nice experience turned out to be the worst thing we ever done we had nothing but a series of problems with our car and the staff who continued to push us aside due to the problems that we had with the car.They didn’t want to know about it or lied about having the problems fixed which they were definitely not.In the end we no choice but to sell the car after approximately 5 months of having it and most if that time was spent at the shop being fixed.We have now gone to a more professional dealership that went over everything with a fine tooth comb, wasn’t pushy and explained everything every step of the way… I wish we had done that in the first instance.All I’m saying is just BE CAREFUL with these guys
