I have to say our family has had the worst experience any family should endure during a very emotional time. Everything from start to finish of our exerience was spoon fed to them and they got wrong so many times.Listing everything would take too long, but I will say the last straw was the date of passing on my Mothers graveside plaque was wrong. It has been fixed.Apologies just don't seem good enough.This is our families opinion.

I cannot recommend Burke and Douglas highly enough. Their recent handling of the funeral processes for my Brother-in-law, James Lamond, on Wednesday 22/09/21, was flawless. My wife Judy and Myself found them to be endlessly patient, understanding and very helpful, with valuable advice at this stressful time in our lives. Everything they did at every step of the process reflected the highest professional standards and with the quiet discretion needed at these times.
