Martine Stibbs and the team at 1st Real Estate are actually the most approachable in Murray Bridge SA. They care and offer help and support. None of the other Real Estate Agents in Murray Bridge get back to you on a personal level like they do.They are professional but with a friendly manner. Treating you as a person and not a number. Absolutely shocking!!! Been renting at this one house for last five years and it's obvious that the owners have very little money to spend do most maintenance issues are ignored, and they're very, very unprofessional. Gave one star only because it wouldn't let me give a zero

Drove 550km each way with trailer loaded ready to move into a place only to be told by Martine I couldn't move in for a month because of her slight oversight that the tenants still had a month to go!Absolutely junk service and worst part is they have the most expensive places rented for what you actually get in return.These lot thrive on people who have little to no rental history so as to force a higher rent price even though you could be a great tenant.

My hubby and i rent a property from 1st real estate i cannot speak highly enough of Martine and her team, its our first time renting, but have been shown nothing but respect from these beautiful people so has been very stress free and Tanya always gave plenty of notice before the property inspections, inspectionsand we never felt like she was intrusive while doing her job at inspection, unfortunately a new agent has just taken over from 1st real estate and already a new agent has just taken overtheproperty and an easy transition it has not been , hopefully this will get better with time, Thankyou Martine as first time renters you gave us a chance when others wouldntKind regards Teresa and Gary

1st retal estate Murray Bridge is only wanting rent from people who rent thru them.... Worst choice my fiancee and i made...... Charging us for rent when we have a small amount of pay every fortnight but Martine wants rent to be paid every week.... We get abused and the real estate don't care about anyone else's safety apart from their safety. Do not trust this real estate.... They are nothing but very stupid and can play people around..... My fiancee and I will not be going thru them again..... They have used my fiancee and I when we were expected to be homeless.........

Bought land through Didier, he was very honest, and got onto things as fast as he could, there were some delays but that wasn't on him, and even went out of his way to supply photos of my land after settlement, as boarders are closed i appreciate that so much :) if you see this Didier again thankyou :)
