I have been misfortunate enough to require the service of a computer repair store several times over the last few years. Ever since happening upon Chatswood Computer Repairs, I have not gone to anyone else. Without exception, Terry has been incredibly diligent and professional with every encounter. He has been more than generous with pricing and very thorough with his diagnosis and repair of my machines. If you find yourself in the need of a repair shop (and if you're reading this review, then I'd wager that's likely), do yourself a favour and give the team at Chatswood Computer Repairs a call.

Fantastic after hours service for urgent repairs. Dropped my Macbook off on a Sunday and had a diagnosis within 48 hours. Very trustworthy and honest guys who are very knowledgeable in what they do!

Very friendly and honest. My SSD was corrupted beyond recovery, Terry took a look and directly told me the data could only be recovered by a specialist. He offered to refer me, but the timeframe didn't work for me.He did not charge me for his time and effort.I have recommended him to my friends for his honesty and transparency.

I got my laptop in for an inspection yesterday due to a hard drive failure, and was advised for a replacement hard drive. The whole process from inspection to replacement took less than a day, and I was genuinely surprised. The technicians were very friendly and patient, they help clarify my concern about Windows 11 on my laptop and recommend me to stay on Windows 10 for a smoother performance. Overall, totally pleased with their service and pricing.

Great service from Terry and Allen for looking into the issue with my new setup and identifying the issues with the hardware in short period of time. It also helps great deal that they are available during the weekends.

My Laptop somehow isn’t charging. I called Terry last Saturday to explain the issue. He came back to office on the afternoon to run several tests. He found out it’s not the system issue but the charger. I asked him to get me a new charger. He tried to source the charger for me on Sunday and checked the specs with distributor early next Monday. Unfortunately the original 65W brand charger isn’t available, and I found out I have a USB-C cable I can use temporarily, so I just use it for the time being. I really appreciate Terry’s help. He is very professional and kind. I definitely highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their tech issues.
