I have ordered a present a month ago, It hasn't arrived, I have no notice of shipping, and every time i have spoken to the people working for this company they said they would get back to me but have done nothing to fix the situation. I am still waiting for what i have paid for and annoyed at the poor customer service. I would only recommend this place if you were there in person, as online they can't be trusted to follow-up a order or complete a order. I am disappointed and advise you shop at a trustworthy online retailer that can deliver.
