Amazing service and friendly staff. I will recommend you to pay you a visit and experience the pressure of customer care and well managing cafe within Greystanes. The welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home it a must to visit when you are around the area. One word to describe the experience “ awesomeness”

Awesome service, reasonable prices. Very tasty food. They aren’t just any old cafe with the usual type of cafe food. They actually thought about what they wanted to serve and compiled a menu with their own ideas and tastes. This is what makes them successful. Their food is not greasy or low quality. I had the fruity pancakes and it was delicious. Those pancakes didn’t taste like they were from a bottle. AJ’s are a breath of fresh air in what can be a quiet area. Very good for a catch up with friends or for a quick cuppa before heading to work. Parking can be difficult as the cafe is on a corner, but you can find a spot on the road most times.

I am not giving a rating became of a one-day experience. I have been experiencing neglected behaviour from staff from the last few visits. Whenever I order coffee from Hey You App and wait for it to be collected, nobody calls my name or coffee. The reason to order from the app to skip the queue and pick up straight without crowding the place.They leave it for me to come and ask them every time. How come every other customer's name is being yelled out when their coffee is ready and not mine?

Lovely place with good coffee. Staff are warm and friendly, and though they can be quite busy, it isn't a very long wait for coffees. Indoor seating is not too crowded. Street parking can be a bit busy but can generally find a spot down the road.Updating this review after another visit for brunch. We had the protein bowl, knafeh crepes, coffees, choc milkshake and sweet potato fries. Everything was delicious, staff were fantastic! Only thing I'd ask for is more chicken in the protein bowl, that would have made it perfect. Thank you!!

This place is amazing. Great choice of menu and love cheese zaatar and coffee. That’s my regular meal. Huge street parking available. Staff is very friendly. Must recommend.

AJ's Cafe Greystanes
The menu is the standard cafe style, but with a bit of a Mediterranean/ Middle Eastern flair. It's not extensive but they have a few sweet and savoury options. You can also build your own breakfast with the al a carte menu. I like that I can get a lamb kofta with my scrambled eggs at breakfast time. The coffee is good too. They still haven't returned to seating inside, but you can get a spot outdoors on the pavement. The big breakfast is $26 which seems on the expensive side and the portions aren't massive, but the food is fresh and delicious.
