Avoid this company like the plague, they operate like a bunch of crooks ... they continually increase the rent by $60 every few months. They hit loyal customers with rent increases to offer new customers discounts to lure them in. Once in, the price gouging doesn't stop. Go anywhere but here!

Very good service, location was good for the storage area because it survived the 2019's 1in100 years flood in Townsville . I was very relieved to find all the household belongings in good condition after 6 months. Unfortunately after opening the boxes at home we noticed a lot of cockroaches. We were assured by Storage King, now National Storage Bohle, that the shed would be fumigated from time time but it was obvious it wasn't. In future I suggest regular fumigation.

National Storage Bohle provided my details and the services they provided me to a third party with the intention that the person would then pass the information to another third party (a woman who had been threatening and abusive towards me for the previous six months). Neither third party was listed on any documentation I had provided to National Storage. BE VERY CAREFUL PROVIDING YOUR DETAILS TO THIS COMPANY. When storing personal items at a facility, confidentiality and security is of upmost importance. THIS COMPANY SEVERELY BREACHED PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
