I am very happy with whole process from sales to install. Team is very helpful as they came back to set my WiFi, explain how it all works. Helped me with documentation, rabate processing etc. Helped me connecting my existing battery to a new system. 100% recommend to anyone looking for solar or battery.

Ι am very happy that I chose SunOpt over other companies because everyone in the team are very helpful, from sales to office people. Installers were great as they showed me how it all works. Awesome after sales support as even after 6months I requested to setup my wifi and they came to do it. So 100% recommend anyone looking for solar.

Communication, the transparency, the friendliness, and the after sales support has been absolutely outstanding. SunOpt always been more than willing to answer as many questions as I asked both before, during and after the install. The installation team were polite, helpful and worked hard to complete the job well. Ops manager came out to setup WiFi monitoring after the install once I got the NBN. Highly recommend to anyone else seeking to install Solar panels. I have recommended them for my commercial place and neighbour.

SunOpt Solar installed my solar panels last year 2021 and it was so impressive I had them install a battery system the following year. Everything and every trade’s person was faultless. I then increased my battery capacity after consulting with them and again their efforts, trades people and the products exceeded my expectations. A great job and the after sales team and responses are the best I have dealt with.Thanks team.

I recently installed 6.6 kW solar system from ‘SunOpt Solar’. And I am extremely satisfied with the SunOpt Solar customer service.Installation team was very professional and installation was very smooth, no issues. Neat and tidy job.I was kept informed throughout the process and everything was clearly explained.Most of the paper work regarding the rebate etc., before and after the installation, was done by the sales/customer care team. That was very helpful too.Strongly recommend Sunopt Solar, if you want to get the Solar panels installed.

We had a 6.66kW system installed recently for our Double storey. From signing up by the sales team to getting the connection set up by the customer service team was delivered within 6 weeks. The installers did a fantastic job even though there were weather issues. Operation teams is very helpful as they came back to set my wifi monitoring and helped all the way.Very happy with their work. 100% my recommendation.
