I came into this news agency today with my support worker to be treated with nothing but disrespect and passive aggressiveness by the man behind the counter. I am struggling to grasp how someone can be so rude to a clearly disabled person just trying to get their parcel that he refused to scan the code for/look for. I will be contacting Australia Post directly to let them know of this issue and the mistreatment I was unecessarily exposed to.
