I have a fabrication business and have in the past used Laser Central, nothing wrong with quality you just cant get a quote out of them, I have now lost 2 good size jobs and a good customer as a result of waiting for quotes. 12 days is far to long to wait for a quote. something really needs to change in there sales department

Quality control is non existent at this place.Getting involved with Laser Central was a huge mistake for us.Folding accuracy is within 4mm, not sure what industry that works for.Tube laser is 1.5-2mm out, no action taken to rectify any issues.Be prepared to throw a lot of product away.

Laser Central have been awesome to deal with. Helped us out with our quote and went above and beyond. The order was ready as promised. When we had a small problem they recut the item and shipped at there cost no questions asked. Cannot ask for better than that. Cheers Guys keep up the good work.
