Great staff,affordable prices loved the service

Staff are excellent and also friendly and accomodating; facility itself is good. However, the company increases prices at will, and at an exorbitant rate. There is cheaper and just as good elsewhere.

I have just cancelled my storage after 18 months. In this time, my fee increased by 27.6%, and just the last 12 months by 21.3%. Once they get you in, you are stuck with their increases and cannot do anything about it. I queried their increases and received this response- I do understand rental increases are not something anyone looks forward to but there are a number of reasons as to why these are implemented. Rental increases are a fundamental part of business operations. Our increases are not based on current CPI, they are implemented for reasons such as centre occupancy, unit availability and building maintenance costs and repairs.Well, to me this is just totally unacceptable they can run a business this way. I even wrote an email of complaint to their MD which i did not receive a reply. Given they are an ASX company, you would think they would be more accountable. Stay clear.

The team here are second too none, very helpful. Our Wine Cellar Business has stored here for over a decade, wether its temp controlled or normal storage. The centre is impeccable clean, conveniently located and the options for (Wine) storage are wide and varied.

Not so wonderful experience... still trying to work out why they allow, their patrons to be harassed by non-patrons who aren't supposed to be able to wander freely beyond the security gates. Even providing support to those who harass, steal the possessions of, and even physically attack their patrons, furthermore putatively expelling a female patron for being attacked; thrown to the floor and choked by her 2 male attackers, as she quietly filmed them stealing her goods in broad daylight.

I want to put in writting my gratitude for you and your extensive team. The entire process, from the day we needed a unit last minute, to the wonderful Kurt today, you have provided an exceptional experience.I want to extend an extra thank you to Boe for his outstanding customer experience when I contacted him out of hours and his understanding to allow me the time to get the last of my belongings.To Kurt, who despite having a lot on his plate today was pleasant and calm when we couldn’t quite figure out how to get me in.You guys should be very proud of the service you provide and I wanted to let you know I am a very satisfied customer.Will be sure to reach out the next time we need storage.

Wine storage facilities are good. Customer communications are ordinary -the automated letters are poor. Annual rate increases are unacceptable at circa 30% in just over 12 months.

I can't remember the name of the person I spoke with but she was so helpful! 10/10 would recommend this place - the online booking system and staff were super easy and clear

Really good follow up and customer service from Demi. She was helpful at every step of the way. Highly recommended.
