Very pleased with their service- bought a smartphone on Sunday-- spent the day trying to insert my existing SIM into the new phone but eventually gave up in frustration. Went back to the shop just now and they were great.. Turned out the SIM I've been using for the last few years is the wrong size for the new phone. The guy spent about 10mins fitting the existing SIM to size. Result, $5 later, I have my new phone in working order... Thank you.

Company is a scam. Avoid at all costs.Search Facebook and read the posts from Numerous staff who worked for this company but were ripped off and not paid. Blatantly obvious that this company is nothing but a scam.

Went there over 3 months ago to get another screen protector, after the first one they put on was on an angle and ticked me off. Did it myself easily and 10x better with the next screen protector. Just went in yesterday to get a new protector for my iPhone 8, and after 2 mins of explaining what I need, I get the protector. The next day I put the protector on the phone, only to find that there was dust on the adhesive side of glass. Not to mention that it had been peeled off already. So I've spent a total of $60 with them only to be disappointed every time. Not happy...

Worse shop don't come here they made me pay 800 to fix my phone then 5 days later it got a loose screw in it and stopped working again now they want me to pay again 0/5 *

I was on a trip to newcastle when suddenly my iphone X fell from the car and got smashed . I then went into the shop and the boys there fixed my phone in about 40 mins and didn't charge me as much as i thought ,Very impressed with the service given by the lads.

Last week I'm there to replace my screen of iphone 7. I got replaced within half an hr.Technicians are very helpful, they suggest me for temper glass which will protect my screen from smashing.Loved there service and would like to suggest for Woy Woyian... :-)

Took my phone in to get repaired with new screen protector and all, week later lines started appearing with phone and screen would not tap which had never occurred before hand,Took phone in to get get fixed as there is a supposive 3 month warranty" and he said that the phone had been dropped and can not be repaired under warranty when the phone was not droped there was a tiny scratch on the screen protector not even cracked.They remove parts from the phone and repair to keep there work flow do not believe them when they say 3month warranty.Absolutely hopeless"

I was laughed at when I took a product back that broke after only a couple of days . I had the receipt but they refused to give me a refund . I went to Centre management and they told me contact the department of Fair Trading which I’m just about to do now . I could’ve bought the same product for a quarter of the price in Kmart but I thought I’d support a small Indian business . Big mistake.

Almost a regular customer. Fantastic service. They have repaired my phones multiple times and each time they have done fantastic job. Bought 3 iPhones from their store already. Very helpful technicians. They provide customer service and support for no any additional charge. Recommend for any one who want to get their phone fixed, buy a new phone and accessories. Very happy with this store.
