I couldn't be happier with your removal service, Dean & the boys arrived on time and moved extremely heavy and difficult items down a narrow stairwell without issue. The fridge was too large to take out so they easily removed the doors of the fridge to ensure it would fit through the door. They made sure all items were well protected during the move to make sure nothing was damaged. Thanks to Darren and the team for their great work with our recent move - it was not an easy one with over 200 heavy boxes plus furniture into our hills home" with incline and stairs! Dean and his team were absolute life savers! Another moving company cancelled on us at the last minute, and Dean was able to accomodate our move within a few days. He managed to fit all of our office and kitchen furniture into one truck in one trip (a true art form I could hardly fathom), and worked extremely diligently and professionally. He was extremely pleasant to work with, and I would highly recommend one2one removals!

Dean, Geoff and Rhys came highly recommended, with good reason! They arrived on time, packed their truck very efficiently and kept up a good pace: without rushing or slacking. They were careful, smart, responsible and very pleasant to deal with, despite the 38C heat. They made what could have been a very stressful ordeal quite tolerable. I’ve dealt with many movers prior to this, some which charged more and did a subpar job. Not anymore, we’ll be calling Dean again next time we move.

I had a very good experience with them . I highly recommend one 2 one removals.They made our move completely stress free . The team was well organised . Dean was helpful from the start . I had to move from one end of the city to another . My concern was the house being situated on an incline . Dean took the extra effort of going over to my place and having a look. He accordingly suggested a few arrangements. I felt that the service was honest and customer focused . Definitely going back to them if I ever need to move my things again .

We have used Dean and his team in our buisness before.So when it was time to move house we called him again.Dean came to our place,checked the size of items,the exit points of our home and gave us a quote .Our biggest items was a piano,heavy queen size latex mattress and a ten seater solid oak table.On the day they arrived 8 am and we had a perfect move.Nothing was to much trouble and everything handled with care.Positioned were we wanted it.I can highly recommend Dean and his team.

Thanks for making moving so much easier! First up, Dean's level of service of checking out the tricky driveway at the new place and coming to our house to see how much we needed to move was brilliant, and meant the quotebhe gave was spot on. Nigel and Nick on the day were great. They worked well as a team, efficient and thoughtful, clarified our needs as the day went on and were quite cheerful which can make all the difference on a stressful day! Most importantly they were kind and considerate of our 2yo, who was both bewildered and excited about the moving truck and everything going on. I'd definitely recommend One2One for any move :)
