I was skeptical at first... because they quoted SO CHEAP! $600 (35%) cheaper than some competitors quoted. I went with them anyway and am so glad I did! Extremely happy with the final product!!! (CDs in jewel cases with lyric booklets). Looks very professional and shows high quality control - very consistent.The best part of ordering with Replicat, though, was the incredible customer service! Scott and Paul were very helpful and FAST to respond, happy to answer any questions I had and were patient with me. They were also very clear about what they needed from me to do a great job on their end, which gave me peace of mind that I wasn't missing anything or doing anything wrong.They were mindful of the date I needed the product by and kept me updated on progress. Shipping was fast and no hassle.I will definitely be ordering from Replicat again in future!

Scott and Paul at Replicat were absolutely terrific, assisting us through the process of producing a CD for the first time. For me the way to assess, to judge, to rate how a company or a supplier have performed comes down to basically two questions.(1) Did you receive the product exactly how you requested? &(2) how easy was it to achieve this outcome?I am a musician, I am a sound engineer and I am a physicist ... but the notion of what must occur to produce and manufacture a (silver) CD with quality cover/artwork was somewhat of a daunting, unknown area of the business for me. Not only did I not know the answers, I also did not know what many of the questions were that I needed to ask.I did ask around and Replicat here in Melbourne had a pretty good reputation for producing quality product in small batch runs. Perfect for the not yet famous" muso or (like me) someone who spends all their spare time recording in their home studio

Replicat have been beyond incredible with their work that they have produced for us. Our latest order had a problem that seemed beyond solvable, however they immediately came up with a solution and resolved it so professionally and promptly that we are more confident than ever in their ability to work as a valuable partner in our musical development. 6 Stars for them. Replicat are brilliant! Good price. But that's just the beginning. They were always responsive, really helpful if we didn't understand something, friendly, highly professional, product looked excellent, clear and concise tracking as delivery approached, everything done and delivered on time as quoted. Couldn't fault them.

I originally used Replicat for my first album years ago. It was a complex CD print, with 20 page booklet, recycled card etc, and they nailed it. Years on, I have used them again and their service and finished product is of the highest quality. They review everything closely before going to print, with their own audio engineer and designer who proofs everything.I am literally blown away by how good the finished product is. The risk of a less than perfect outcome is minimised with their reviewing process, so you can be sure what you're getting. The colours, texture of the cardboard, solid finish, everything. It was just great.Paul and the guys are really easy to deal with, with none of that audio guy arrogance you can often get in the industry.I'll be using Replicat again shortly!
