In January 2021 installed a lock. Now doesn't work. They say the lock has a 12 month warranty and their work has 3 month warranty. Extremely expensive 300 buck plus the first time to do a job that took not long to do. Lock is faulty yet they want to charge us a call out fee of 130 dollars whether lock is faulty or not. Total rip off.

I took in a key for my tow hitch lock. It was poorly made by a different locksmith and had cracked due to stress. They immediately cut me a new one using the code from the barrel but it also wasn’t quite right. The guys tried 5-6 different cuts until they got it absolutely perfect. They were so willing to help and solve the issue. In the end they only charged me for a simple key cut and some labour on the lock itself. Amazing service.

Sent here by another locksmith who couldn't program my new car key cetral locking. Gerard went above & beyond, spent ages trying every trick in the book for nearly an hour, for no charge as eventually decided fault probably with key supplied by dealer or the vehicle. Was very professional despite a really frustrating issue.
