I had a flat tyre while driving to Tweed City Shopping Centre at 9.45 am today Luckily i made it to MyCar Tyre and Auto at the corner of the shops The attendant told me they were really busy and they would fix my tyre as soon as possible . He took my details and rang me within the hour to let me know my car was ready Fantastic Customer Service

We were driving for a medical appointment to Brisbane and the battery light came on in the car. We initially pulled in at Supercheap Auto in Tweed City who did a test and confirmed the battery was fine, it was the alternator - pretty serious. We drove around to mycar Tyre & Auto and explained the situation to Chad. He was super helpful and understanding, ordered a part in and arranged for it to be fixed that very afternoon. We then hired a car (elsewhere) to drive up to Brisbane and back and did not miss our appointment. He said not to worry if we were delayed or late back, if they were closed, we could pay online and he would put the keys in a safe so we could collect the car easily which afforded us total peace of mind. We returned in time, and as promised the car had a new alternator and was good to go. So grateful to Chad and his team for fitting us in and competitively priced replacement too. Can't rate them highly enough.
