Had a very bad experience the security guy on the gate asked me to show me inside my backpack when I was leaving the shop. Then he asked me where I was from and knowing I am from Asia he told me this is a very expensive shop you should shop from Alibaba. Never going back to that shop again I have never experienced such behaviour in my life.

I went in looking for a new solution to a phone holder with my pop socket. Steve went above and beyond helping me look for the product I was after that said in stock on the website. Steve couldn't find it and asked a colleague who was quite rude and unhelpful. However he checked out the back and found the product I needed. Appreciated the help going above and beyond on a small item!

Wow.. so much in a shop. People will go crazy who are tech-oriented. It floats a craziest deal for sometime to retain the attraction. However the prices are seems to be worthy and reasonable comparing to other shops. They have the accurate stock or else they manage to provide you by a certain time period. Really high five.

Just waited half an hour to buy a phone, no service, lots of chatting to non buying customers or racing off after finishing. If someone is waiting by a phone and looking around for service. Lost a sale on s23 ultra.

Employee/ staff member Luke, was amazing. Very helpful, professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Was looking for wireless headphones and couldn't decide on which ones suited my lifestyle. With his patience and assistance I was able yo make the right choice.

Had very bad experience with this store. I bought LG TV on Boxing Day and got delivery 27th January 2023. Unfortunately TV was faulty. Now they don’t want give me new tv they just want to refund. That’s not fair. I tried to call them but they just keep hold phone. I want new same tv not refund.
