Very bad experienced I am as patient walk in to get my ultrasound image. But being refuse.Although I am told that I can accepted either by print out / send via email / or access online viewing all was rejected.I only get a writing report without any pieces of imaging being provided.I never being notify by either one of staff regarding new rule, the clinic will not provide / allow patient to access viewing own scan image.

Friendly receptionist. Staff got me in and out through my scans. Don’t understand why this place is reviewed so low.Was able to have my MRI covered fully so no gap was paid. Would come back if needed.

Two stars for the lovely front desk staff, but everything else was just inconveniently slow.I brought a relative to this centre 5 minutes before their appointment time, and it took us approximately 3 hours just to finish because they either overbooked or their service is generally slow. Either way, this was a huge inconvenience considering that normal X-rays rarely, if ever, take more than 30 minutes to complete.You'll have to be careful where you park as you'll never know how long you're going to be kept here.

On each of the 2 occasions I attended these rooms,I was attended to by a very sweet lady Ruth..She treated me with the utmost respect,care and professionalism room,therefore made both of my visits memorable..I would have no hesitation in recommending the Liverpool practice, to anyone I possibly can..

Major privacy issue. While I was being xrayed on my undies lying on a table, there was a guy kept opening up the xray room door and peeking inside over and over. The stranger issue was the xray technician didn’t say a word to him!Have to ask the doctor to change referral.

The staff and reception here were just so amazing that I had to leave a review. From the moment I received a call to book an appointment to the day of appointment the staff particularly the receptionists were exceptionally kind and lovely to deal with despite working till past 8pm! I’ve never met such nice staff in the medical industry. I would not ever hesitate to come here again if I need their services.

Received excellent service from the team. The receptionist helped me to arrange MRI at short notice due to my urgent condition. The Radiologist Jack was very kind and professional.
