I own a small business and went in today to upgrade my fleet with the new ranger raptor...walked around with one of my employees for 15 min looking at the Ute's and not one sales person some came up to see if we needed anything ..one just walked past to go out side and did not say a word ...very disappointing...will be going to another ford dealership to get my Ute's...not happy

Your receptionist has terrible customer service!!!! She responds rudely when asked reasonable questions, and goes as far as hanging up the phone without saying goodbye. Maybe when the market starts to turn and people are desperate for work, she might rethink bringing her poor attitude into the workplace.

The experience and personal attention to detail the staff have given me dispite being so busy is exceptional. Shout out to Harry that's being putting up with my phone calls and requests and always happy to help as much as he can. And the guys that are on the tools. Thank you.

Absolutely awesome and friendly staff service.A big shout out to Kristy, there was other staff away and she was very busy, but she put in the effort and time, and secured the sale.Definitely recommend to get the Ranger from them.Alan

These guys are fantastic, i was blown away by them letting us take a Ranger for a one hour test drive by ouselves. Other car yards seem to want to be with you for what seems like 10 mins. Such good service we ordered a vehicle then and there. Cheers

If your shopping for a new Ford Everest don't bother calling here for advice.I don't often leave a bad review but this sales assistant was so rude it was insulting.We are in the market for a new SUV but the female sales assistant was rude and totally disinterested.Didn't show us any features, was very short when I enquired about the various size motors and told us to not to even look at the V6 due to wait times. If you want a test drive you have to book an appointment.We have looked at Izuzu, Mitsubishi & Sang Yong and the dealerships have all been amazing. I can only assume there are no Everests available so they are not interested. My advice, try another dealer.

Had my car in for a couple of issues at Capalaba and felt compelled to post a review. From start to finish I received the best of service! Zac looked after me as if I was family (I'm not) and gave me the ultimate customer experience.

Fairly disappointing. Purchased a ranger here previously, multiple family members also purchased here through John. He has since moved on and the sales rep who helped me wasn’t willing to assist or honor fleet pricing which we have since had honored at another dealer. Now ordered the ranger sport and F150 at another dealer and looking at the Everest for my wife. Wont be returning to this dealer in future unfortunately.

We were put into contact with Leisha in order to get a new car fairly quickly and her service was amazing. Leisha wasn't pushy, and didn't try to upsell anything. We found her very informative, communicative, and transparent. She found a very suitable car in the very short time-frame we had, and helped us to make it work. Leisha is very personable and I would certainly recommend her to others. She spent time to reassure us and walk us through all the functions of the car again on picking up the keys. Thank you!
