Finding a truly professional solar installer is not an easy task. After interviews and quotes from a range of providers, I choose Metro Solar. I'm very pleased with the job (29 panels in total, 19 in photo). I am also more than pleased with follow up responses to every query no matter how minor the query may have been.

Metro solar have been lovely to amazing to work with. Purchased a Tesla battery, waited months then they talked us into a LG battery telling us it was comparable. It is not, no support or help with monitoring the system performance, installers were incredibly rude - worst purchasing experience we have ever had!

I got the solar installed back in August 2018. Was happy with the service provided by Jordan. He is helpful with answering my questions.After installation, when raining I can hear water dripping. Later I got my friends to check for me and he told me there was a crack on the tiles roof from the solar bracket. I called the support and they told me to go into the cavity and the top of the roof to get a picture for them. I think the are expecting too much from someone not familiar to go up the roof to take a picture for them. Anyway thanks goodness I managed to got a friend to take pictures from the cavity for me and at the same time he helped me to fix it. Here is the pictures metro solar

From start to finish Metro Solar we’re great! I mainly dealt with Jordan and he couldn’t have been more helpful, especially as I had to cancel the Solar the first time due to not being able to get any spare roof tiles. He made the process very easy and explained everything really clearly!!I’ve had the solar on now for 2 months and it’s working really well!!Thank you to whole team!

I'm currently dealing with Consumer Affairs in regards to Metro Solar and I was advised by CA that Metro Solar are in liquidation; thus, tread carefully in your dealings with them.They have taken a deposit of mine and will not return it!
