I went from being very pleased with the service to doubting whether I'd recommend them.We used Peter Sadler for a local move (3 bed house). The quote process was great. Their price was competitive. The moving team arrived on time, were very friendly, did not muck around and finished sooner than expected.Once finished I was asked to sign a paper stating that all was in good condition (i.e. they had not broken anything). Before signing I asked if I was to find something that was damaged what do I do. To which I was told, just email the office and they'll sort it out for you".During a move it is almost impossible to check everything as it goes into your new home. Later that afternoon I found 2 items that were damaged

We have moved numerous times now and Peter Sadler is 100% the best we have worked with. Right from the sales team in the beginning through to the movers, every single person is fantastic at their job and amazing with communication. The team turned up on time and were ready to go and worked incredibly fast but also took time to ensure they looked after our items. Everything arrived at its destination safely and undamaged. Your team was very accommodating to our needs - they had to walk up & down a steep driveway, plus 14 steps with all of our furniture & belongings - and they did it with a smile! We used Peter Sadler to move our furniture into taxi boxes (a last minute booking) and would not recommend them. Before booking I asked about whether materials would be needed to ensure that furniture didn't get damaged, and was reassured that the staff were experienced at packing the items, and would request and use towels/blankets if needed. I failed to realise at the time that the terms and conditions stipulate that they will not cover any damage to any items packed into mobile storage containers under any circumstances"

Excellent service from David and Boomba. Friendly, hard working and very careful in moving to a two storey home. Highly recommended. Alisha too was excellent in responding to my query, confirming a booking and ensuring everything went well.

Peter Sadler has been the best team of movers we have worked with in Australia or the USA. Everybody was really diligent and courteous, the scheduling was helpful and flexible. The packing and moving happened quickly and efficiently with no damage to our heavy furniture or fragile items. I would absolutely recommend Peter Sadler to anyone moving house.

Recently used Peter Sadler Removals for our house move. The removalists arrived promptly, followed all COVID safe requirements under current lockdown restrictions, communicated really well and were very careful with all our possessions, securing everything perfectly in the truck.
