Have been visiting Mikaela for over 18mths. She listens to my needs and always respects my needs and educates me on my hair health. She is warm, welcoming and fairly priced. If I want a small trim, she does not over cut my hair like so many other cut happy stylists. Always love how my hair looks when I leave our sessions together!

Mikaela does a great job of managing my curls. She is quick yet thorough and gives great advice. Having her travel to my home makes it much more convenient.

Mikaela has cut my hair three times now. Her dry cuts on my wavy and curly hair helped me learn how to make the most of my hair’s natural texture. She supported me in my desire to grow out the blonde foils and embrace my natural colour. Today I needed to cut off most of my hair for health reasons. I had resigned myself to liking the look much less than my long, increasingly curly, hair. I did not expect to get a stylish, low maintenance, totally adorable haircut that takes years off me and makes me feel fantastic. Mikaela looked at the sample pictures I sent and took the elements that would work best with my curl pattern and face shape, as well as meeting the brief for ease of maintenance. I could not be happier. My only worry with this review is that Mikaela will get so popular I won’t get an appointment! (Just kidding Mik <3)
