It was the best Christening service I have ever attended and I'm not a big church person, so much so that I congratulated Father Gerasimos after the service and that the female Chanters voice was so angelic.

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful wedding ceremony at St George Church Rose Bay. It was a lovely ceremony and the light coming though the windows gave the room and the ceremony an amazing ambiance and feeling.

Such a beautiful Greek Orthodox Church! The baptism service I attended was beautifully done by the priest, and chanters.The ritual was performed in both Greek and English.At the end the priest told us the story of St George, and connected his story to the baptism, and indeed every day life, which made it even more memorable.

This is my local family church I’ve been attending since I was a little boy. Fr G is a wonderful man, loving caring to his community and always providing a beautiful service on every occasion. Easter, this year was so good. We had the epitaph you’re outside, and everyone gathered around. We all could see and enjoy the beautiful moment of Easter with our families.

Had my husband's funeral at St. George Church in Feb. 2021. Father Gerassimos was wonderful to us, as my husband wanted a cremation, much to the displeasure of family/friends. But at Father said, if that is you want & have told others, then you get it. Explained what he could do & not do. Service was done mainly in English, as many there could not understand Greek, me included, & the singer was outstanding. Many at the funeral were so impressed by Father. If in doubt with any aspect regarding a funeral, Father is there to help you out.

Glory to God for this church. Fr G delivers very thought provoking sermons. The mix of English with Greek helps us not so fluent Greek speakers understand the services. The choir sound great. A lot of care and attention to detail goes into each service. Highly recommend going here for anyone seeking God.

Great Church services and Fr Gerasimos gives great sermons which help the younger generation keep engaged in their faith.Some very good committee people also like Kyriakos and Sergio who give up their time to assist their Church.
