Due to lockdown l ordered a couple of boxes of mixed muffins and they were fresh and delicious. Service from the muffin break was fast and muffins delivered promptly.

Muffin Break inside the Cranbourne Shopping Centre is a wonderful to go to a nice cup of Tea or Coffee with one of their fresh muffin or cakes. The Raisin Bread is good. The staff are awesome & very friendly.

My worst experience ever, I usually go there because the staff lovely and good service but today I was treated differently by a staff member who discriminate me because of skin color. She did not even asked me if I was next in the queue just pointed straight a white lady who was behind me. Thought that people would change the mentality by now and I was going to pay for my order, I wasn’t there to bargain or asking for charity.

Coffee is pretty good, but they're more expensive than fountain gate. $5 for a medium mocha is a bit steep.

Every time I go to the muffin break I always ask for extra cream cheese because I love the sweet cream cheese on their mixed berry muffins. They always accommodate me and are fantastic. So I'm at cranbourne store for the first time and ask like always for extra cream cheese. The idiot owner gave me a satchet of Philadelphia plain cream cheese.which is unsweetened and savoury. Will never go back to this store again. Didn't even try.
