Service and response non-existent'We wanted to purchase a quality treadmill a NordicTrack C700 Treadmill from this company.Went online and paid in full for the item at end of November 2021.Having received no response since and now we are December 2nd I decide to ring to inquire about my purchase when delivery would happen, my call was answer by a young lady that stated that I would a get a email this week sometimes to let me know about a delivery date this person was abrupt and curt not service friendly about my concern.So decided to ring yet again after speaking to my wife call once more this time a gentleman answer explain my inquiries and told me it did matter where you live , we will deliver when we can, so on is verbal indifference decided to get a refund of my purchase which they did . I would advise anyone wanting to purchase from Fitness online to stay clear from this company and think twice before purchasing an item , it is not how you treat customers .

Great quick friendly experience with my online purchase. Chloe called the next day to organise delivery and Tim and Lachy delivered it within a couple of hours, they were helpful and friendly and put it in the room I wanted it in. I love this treadmill!

For something which said 'in stock' on their web site taking 4 weeks to deliver seems a little absurd. Super slow in delivery and it would appear the right hand doesnt talk to the left hand as their delivery partner 'Winnings' was pretty bad. Really ordinary in following up. After numerous calls to both FDO and Winnings and at week 4 my treadmill was finally delivered. Now to see how long the Eliptical Trainer will take. We're at 2 weeks so far. Great prices but for a family run business where customer service should be their priority, some improvement is needed. No damage to item when finally received so we'll see how the product goes. :-)

We bought a new treadmill from Fitness Deals Online after some research into what we needed. The treadmill was in stock and was at a good price. It arrived within a few days. The delivery team was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure it was positioned where we needed it. Overall it was a very positive experience and we're very happy with the purchase.

Would be the cheapest deals on fitness equipment and will be my first to seek when I'm ready to buy. Got good tutorials too on the items sold.

Bought a Horizon GR3 off their website a few weeks back. Customer service is top notch as they were friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process. Freight is understandably slower than usual but this is very common for most retailers now during this pandemic. I run a small business myself so I can relate to the stress and headaches these guys might be going through especially I imagine the demand should be through the roof for what they're selling. I won't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. Great product, awesome service and remarkable people. Keep it up guys!

If there were 0 star, I will give them that. Bought a treadmill from them after 8 days of ordering called them to follow up on ETA. They had no clue when I will get my order and they were very rude, unprofessional, and instead of giving me ETA their reply was do you know when the lockdown will end in Melbourne!!! When I said what it has to do with my order, their option was wait for what ever long or very aggressively they replied take your money back and while I was talking, they cancelled the order. Never seen anything like this Worst customer service!!!! Never buy from them!!!!

I was a hesitant to buy this kind of item sight unseen from an online retailer I knew nothing about, but found the right price and product information on their website (which in turn was well optimised on Google), so took the plunge. What surprised me most was how quickly and easily the process was from payment online to delivery literally the very next day by Tim. Post purchase, the support from Chloe and Tim has been warm genuine and caring. As for the product, it was a doddle to set up and comes highly rated. I had concerns about noise after watching a few Youtube clips (never a good thing to do post purchase), but have found the bike to actually be much quieter than anticipated. Now to just use it regularly....thats on me.
