Two of us came here for some drinks. Drinks were delicious, however, the staff weren’t great. We ordered our second round of drinks with a rude staff member who just never ended up making them. After about 20 minutes we went up and asked another staff member who then brought them over.

Given Hyatt's global culinary standards, this restaurant is a disgrace. The quality of the food is really the worst thing I've experienced tonight with the unfriendly manager's attitude.I just had an industrial-style dinner with sloppy cooking and disrespect for customers, strictly speaking, the restaurant looks decent, but the menu and cooking methods of this upscale restaurant are inferior to one casual restaurant. They can't understand the customer's feelings of frustration and the quality of the cooking and try to argue along with the guest's complaint. They want to please themselves arguing about the quality of the food and that's the end for my feelings. Hope Hyatt Corporation understands that the first is a shame for a luxury hotel brand.I don't like to rate any service, but this is the first time I have to because I can't accept the attitude of the manager of this place.

I dined here for dinner on 21 June. The restaurant has a lovely cosy atmosphere. The service was professional, efficient and friendly. The wine list was very good. I enjoyed the best risotto I have ever had. It was made with pearl barley and a variety of mushrooms and the flavour was nutty, creamy, sharp and best of all mushroomy! I would recommend that all guests of the hyatt regency dine here and that non hotel patrons dine here also. It's wonderful.

We had breakfast as part of our hotel stay. Nice selection of the regular foods. I liked the custom omelette and is nice and roomy. With the windows open and windows to the mall it’s a nice view.

A restaurant of the Hyatt hotel, Lennons has an enriching atmosphere of modern classiness. Jazz music plays throughout and adds to the cool vibe. The Salmon was beautifully seared, skin crisped to perfection served with a very succulent mushroom. You have a choice of 1 side and sauce, the Winter Garden Vegetable variety was char-grilled, smoky and fresh. Added flavors to the salmon with the Diane sauce on the side. All to top it off with a refreshing 2022 Riesling. The dessert was a white and dark chocolate tart, crafted to satisfy the eye and palate. The tart was covered in a rich dark chocolate and a smooth and creamy white chocolate at its epicenter. The balance in flavors was delightful as no one flavor was overbearing in sweetness and paired with slices of candied blood oranges to make the chocolate pop. A confectionery dessert to die for, absolutely recommended!

Even before we got into the restaurant, we waited a long time for 2 waitress attending to one patron. Rather 1 waitress tending to the patron while the other just stood aside and watched. This was with people still queuing to go in. The service was very poor. There were 3 waitresses and the restaurant was not even full but there were several tables still uncleared. Then my hubby's meal came, but the chips came later. And I had to ask them to serve it as I saw the chef had placed it on the counter with several other readied dishes. And at that time was when 1 waitress thought it was a good time to clear the tables instead of serving the dishes to patrons. My pasta was rather dried and octopus too tangy, but the prawns were good. Hubby thought his lamb was very good though. The chips seemed like they were double fried.
