V Poor customer service. Bought wall clock (see pic) after paying bill I was expecting them to either wrap it or put in a bag or at least tie it to the shell it was in. Lady at the front desk was v rude and declined with blank face..saying I will have to carry it as it. Will never visit them again.

The store and staff are nice enough. Don't let your children buy any Pokemon cards from here however as they are counterfeit.

they tried to make me pay for something that was already broken LIKE I DIDN'T EVEN BREAK IT ( they were talking smack about me not knowing i speak the same language) 0/10

Asian women serving talk about you in another language as you walk through the store and think that you are either too thick to realise or simply couldn't care less that its a bit rude. The store has quite a lot of decent stuff in it to buy, so the owner obviously has quite good taste, but I am always handed my change silently and with a scowl and its always me that says thank you, like i'm thanking them for allowing me to buy their stuff. If you are reading this how about you learn some basic manners, when I worked in customer service I used to thank the customer for their custom, not the other way round! As i'm going around the store or leaving i'm being watched like a hawk and to be honest its a bit annoying, ive got money in my pocket and no intention of nicking anything, so how about a bit of basic respect. Whether you know it or not you are not superior to your customers despite what your attitude seems to convey.
