The staff were lovely. But that's where it ends.After 15 happy years with me previous down doona, I thought I'd treat myself. The sample of the second from top notch option felt nice enough to touch, but when I had the entire product delivered, I was absolutely appalled at the pathetic fill weight. It is barely suitable for summer and definitely does not justify the $500 or so I paid for it. Even on not really cold days I had to add a blanket. That was not the idea.I have also since been plagued with emails and SMS spam. I am definitely not going back, so there really is no point.
