Hi there. Before you order from this place, stop! Save your money and your disappointment.We orders two pizzas, a side and drink…simple enough.Pizzas were squashed with all the toppings in one spot on the pizza, and taste like cardboard.…. So I called as anyone would. I asked to speak to a manager where I got put on hold and no one answered.I called back and was met with no pick up of the phone at all. After more attempts to contact and zero answering of the phone I have not received any replacement for the money I spent or any improvement on the sub-par food. Go to pizza capers! Hahaha

Wish there was a zero stars option the service the deliver and the support was absolutely patheticAnd it defiantly shows after reading all of the comments. It defiantly doesn’t live up to the “Domino’s Standard” as I read in almost ever single bad review, clearly they don’t take the time to make things personalBeen waiting on the front curb for over 30 minutes, after being told that they are waiting out the front. Have received 6 calls from the driver saying he was out the front of another location, I walked to the other location (2 min walk) still no where to be seen.Enjoyed a disgraceful conversation with the operator and then was told that I would be recalled once the issue was resolved. Must of lost my number or the issue is still not resolvedWould recommend pizza capers, when I was waiting for my non existent pizza to arrive they had filled 2 orders within 10 mins of each other

Be careful when you order over the counter. They had their way to overcharge you to the people who do not know their promotions and tricks.Had an argument with Indian night manager who claimed that he did what the customer wanted even though he knew the total order is cheaper than the promotion. His responsibility as a store manager is to suggest the best for customers, not finding the ways to cheat customers. He did not even say sorry even though he knew he was in the wrong.That was the last visit to this Northward Store. Never be cheated again.Good luck with your dishonest practice.

We ordered one of the deals on offer and not only did they forget our drink, our garlic bread was mouldy throughout! I know who I'm blaming if I get gastro after this. Disgusting.

The customer service and communication at the North Ward store is absolutely non-existent.After pre-ordering my meal well in advance to ensure it would arrive on time, it still arrived 45 minutes late - no communication from the store, and no driver tracking available on the app.When my order finally arrived, the pizza was cold, the garlic bread was soggy and squashed, and the drink I ordered had been left at the store. I have tried calling the store 3 times to sort this out, only for the calls to go completely unanswered.

For some reason i can rarely order online a message pops up saying error please call the store, so then I try calling the store 5 times no answer try an hour later finally get an answer and make order, even though they repeat the order back on the phone they still seem to get it wrong but oh well no longer going there as hermit park I’ve never have had a problem with
