I’m always greeted with a warm welcome and smile by Tamer. He always provides excellent service and nothing is ever too much for him! He’s the reason I only ever visit 7/11 Campbellfield. Thanks Tamer for your help today, you are amazing!

Bravo Tamer! Your customer service skills are 1 in a million! Whoever hired this man needs a bonus! His multi tasking skills is amazing dealing with the pumps and still having time to tend to the coffee machine I was using so I could continue my cup rather than telling me to use another machine. I have OCD when it comes to using machinery and it aggrevates me when a coffee machine stops working and I get told to use another machine. You are a kind hearted man who will go the mile extra to help your customers out! Thanks again Tamer! See you soon

Rude staff who prefer to talk to friends rather then serve staff, get off your phone and do your job. Ignoring a customer to talk on your personal mobile phone is rude. If I had seen my staff do this I would have fired them.

My opinion.... Best 7-eleven in the northern side of the city...Tamer ... 1. Of the nicest person that you will ever meet.... not only service but best personality you will find in a business.... seriously , I live in Craigieburn but I come to Campbellfield just because you know that you are welcome......Should be more people like this in these businessesthe

The poorest service you could ever receive. It's 2 o clock at night and this guy with worst attitude and zero English proficiency wasted 20 mins literally. Didn't gave me what I was after even I explained him 10 times. Wouldn't give me complaint number either.I would prefer going to shell express which is literally 3 mins up the road.Either shut the fuel station or get rid of this guy or you'll be left with no business. This guy is a disgrace and dreadful for the brand.I have been refuelling at this place since months and had a bad experience with him a few times before. This time was too much and I thought to share my experience.
