Urban Alley Brewery
Great brewery with a wide range of beer selections available. I wasn't disappointed at all, delicious strong flavours. Prices were fair. Friendly staff, quick service, good quality food. Vibe was awesome. It's a good place to hang out with friends. Situated just inside the District Docklands mall.

Decent pub grub for a large chain. Good service, great choice of beers and cocktails and plenty of variety on the menu. The lamb pizza was great. Also had the grazing platter...might have been a too much for 2! Outdoor section is nice but totally in shade. Perfect in summer but on a cold July afternoon someone should have gone and bought gas for the heaters.

We came here to check out their tab beers and have a quick snack. We ordered the Tasting Flight Paddle ($28), where you get to pick 5 of their Urban Alley tap beers (5 x sample size 200 ml each). One paddle was enough for the two of us, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good the selections were!We also ordered the Chips with Aioli & ketchup ($12) and the UA Lager Brined Spicy Buffalo Wings with Ranch dressing (414). The fries were honestly terrible as they were not fresh and very soggy, but the Buffalo Wings were one of the best I've had in Melbourne. We will come back only for the beer and wings!

Really nice place to eat, great setting. The parmigiana needed shredded ham not 1 slice! But it was still pretty good. Young staff member could've been a little more engaging when he took my order but overall it was good. I would go back.

The location is greatVery open with great vibes and musicThe food is fresh and tastes as good as it looksThe best part is the reason to come the beersLots of choices and all are greatOnly downside is once food is ordered if you have a large table they do get confused and not all food arrives at the same time

Surprisingly good! I was a bit weary of this place from the current average rating but I was quite impressed! The place's atmosphere isn't great - it's in a bit of an odd spot in Docklands and doesn't have the vibe of what you would expect out of a brewery" but the food and drinks were incredible! Food wise; they have a massive sharing platter with some great variety of food especially the buffalo chicken and the squid. Drinks wise - they have a huge selection of Gins and Beers and even do a flight/sample of those drinks. Some of them are great and probably rotate around a lot

It's a very nice place in District Docklands Mall. It's one of the main crowd pullers to this side of docklands. Many times, the District Docklands mall is pretty empty, but you will still find people hanging out for the good food and good drinks. Generally, it's easy to get a seat unless there's a huge crowd for footy or any other events nearby. The food and service are pretty awesome, even during busy or rush hour. Love most the food here, pizza, parma, chips all good. Love their pale ale called slapshot. They have special pizza /parma offers on Monday and Wednesday.

Went here for lunch, ordered spaghetti olio and pizza, cider and beer. I’m a big fan of spaghetti and my “go-to” but not this one. I must admit it described their spaghetti with broccoli and no meat and didn’t occur to me that I was eating spaghetti noodles and broccoli. The spaghetti was a bit dry and no sauce just olive oil.The pizza was amazing though. Tastes freshly cooked and delish. The cider and beer good.

Just got done playing Zero Latency and decided to grab some lunch. Ordered the Cocktail Carafe Coconut Lime Seltzer, was surprisingly delicious! We had the salmon and chicken Schnitzel. The Salmon’s skin was crisp and retained it’s softness, the fries were really good! Chicken bites was golden and juicy.Unfortunately, i chewed on a barley sized gravel and that crunch against my teeth was very unpleasant. One of the staff, Josh, was apologetic about it and offered us drinks to make up for it, which was a nice gesture. We will be back again!

Urban Alley Brewery features a large dining area inside the restaurant and also a spacious seating area outside. The menu is a typical bar menu with pizza and burger options, but also other options available. The beer menu is very extensive with approximately 20 different draft beers and several bottled options as well. The interior is pleasant but pretty noisy when the restaurant is well filled as the restaurant is very open and with no partitions to dampen the noise. There are windows to the brewery so you can see the stillages used in the beer making process. All in all the interior is spartan but fine for the purpose of grabbing some beers and bar food. There are many seats available at Urban Alley Brewery and during our visit the restaurant was only filled to about 20%.You can either order from the bar, or by using a QR code which also allows you to pay at the table. You can’t open a tab in the bar if you’re seated outside but have to pay upon ordering. The drinks and food are delivered very quickly - we experienced no wait at all. Even the food arrived very quickly. The bar staff is very friendly and helpful. They give good advice as to which beers might suit your preferences. You can order a five beer sampler, with each beer being 200ml in size. If you care for pint and half-pint sizes you can of course order that as well. We tried all three options, conveniently ordered via the QR code, and we also ordered at the bar. The beers we tried were mostly excellent, and of good quality. We tried the Beast burger, and it was excellent. The burgers are accompanied by chips (fries). We ordered an additional side of sweet potato fries and they were great too.We would recommend the Urban Alley Brewery for any beer connoisseur or anyone wanting bar food with great beer,Ambience: 2/5Staff: 4/5Beer selection: 5/5Food: 3/5Price/quality: 4/5 (low price, decent quality)
