Do not use this place. They ruined the insert of my wedding dress and didn’t say anything on pick up. Luckily I found it before my wedding day. When I went back they told me it was because the cups were “poor quality”. Not only extremely rude but did not accept responsibility at all for completely destroying them. I had to pay for repairs the day BEFORE my wedding day. They also offered me $20 compensation!! Absolute joke. I’ve since heard so many bad stories about this place. Steer clear!

Terrible. Dropped a suit off on Saturday morning and asked for a pick up on Tuesday morning as I needed it that afternoon. Went to pick up at 9.30 and not only it hadn’t been done, it wasn’t even hung up; it was just sitting in a crumpled heap out the back.

Zero stars if I could give them. Have on several times ruined my business shirts. Little cuts and tears. Clearly done by them. Now refuse to compensate me. I have used Lawrence for many years and this is how they treat loyalty. And then to top it off the manager from HQ rings me and abuses me and accuses me of lying. I don’t need such unprofessional b/s. Don’t use them. There are plenty others out there who value their customers.

no stars - rude service and my white skirt which needed spot cleaning returned with large shadow marks.....dirty fluids or machinery? Plus - holes from being pinned into fabric which should never be pinned. Sorry not good on any level.

Excellent customer service, the gentleman at the front is lovely and helpful. Have been going to this dry cleaners for 8 years now and they are especially helpful in solving my alteration problems!
