We had pool werx attending our inground pool. Our filter is less than 2 years oldStay Away !!!!! They do very little fir the costsUnder pool werx care , the filter began to distinction and pool floor not cleaned . It’s was like a mechanic fixing your engine without looking under the bonnet .They gave us a quote of thousands to fix a problem that could have been rectified via our regular maintenance by pool werx . Our pool now looks like Yoda’s swamp home . We have dismissed their services , and fixing the issue ourselvesConsumer Affairs are being notified . The pool was attended fortnightly and destroyed within approx 6 months . We were never informed of pending problems, prevention would have been better / cheaper than cure

The staff are knowledgeable and patient and helpful. Water testing is free.
