Worst service ever . My partner order Mc Spicy meal just now and as I opened it there’s no bun at the bottom. The sauces are everywhere !! it’s not about the price it’s about the quality !! Also The double Mc chicken my partner order are horrible looks like it’s all thrown in there .. no love !! Worst Maccas ever. I’ve been too!!

Horrible service, poorly trained, disinterested expressionless staff that do not understand their menu and don’t even know how to place an order properly. Queue was 12 deep with only one counter opened. Also there is no self order machines at this store. Dreadful appalling experience and this store is in serious need to lift up its game!!

This is literally the worst McDonald's. I've been standing here for over 10 minutes. There is no manager to be seen. The store is trashed. There are two girls standing at the counter with their arms behind their back. The dining room is trashed and I just waiting 10 minutes for food that was cold.This is a regular occurrence here.All orders were served off so they had forgotten my order completely

I ordered food from the Olympic park store on Uber eats. We got the food but when my husband took a bite of his burger he found a long black hair inside, it was absolutely disgusting. I took video and fotos for record. Please ensure that all of your employees follow the safety food guidelines to manipulate food. All your employees must use hair nets properly to avoid this kind of issues.Very disappointed.

Very dirty floor.The staff were not talking loud Enough for me to hear them.also usually they wrap up the nuggets so they don't fall out but this palace did not do that.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor customer service and misbehaviour displayed by one of your managers during my recent visit to your McDonald's McDonald's Olympic Park on 30/04/23 at 14:12hrs.During my visit, I encountered a manager named Rea. She was rude and unprofessional when addressing my concerns about my order. I waited for over 20min to get a single meal order. when I asked about the delay in my order, indicating that many people who ordered their food before are being served and why there is a delay in my food. She checked and chucked only the burger into the bag and gave it to me. There were fries and packets of ketchup missing when I opened the bag. She didn’t even bother giving me the drink and the straw. I collected those items myself. The manager's unacceptable behavior left me disrespected and undervalued as a customer.As a long-time patron of your establishment, I am saddened by this experience, and I believe it falls short of the high standards of service that your company strives to uphold. I hope you take my feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to address this issue.I suggest that you train your managers and staff on how to handle customer complaints in a respectful and professional manner. It would also be helpful to ensure that your staff members are well-equipped to handle busy periods and to manage their stress levels in a healthy and productive manner.I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and hope that you take the necessary steps to ensure that this type of behavior does not happen again in the future.

I recently visited the McDonald's in Olympic Park, and I had a fantastic experience thanks to Regan. She was incredibly helpful and provided great advice on getting the best value for money on meals. Moreover, she made sure that all the food I ordered was packed properly without anything missing. Instead of the usual thin paper bags, she provided sturdy carry bags, which was a nice touch. As for the food itself, it was delicious and met my expectations. Overall, I had a positive dining experience at McDonald's in Olympic Park, and I want to express my gratitude to Regan for her excellent service. Thank you!
