It may be a little on the pricier side for a gym membership but your paying for great quality in the experience, trainers, variety of exercises and the day to day people. I've had my best results through F45 and it makes you feel part of a team and a family, we all push and congratulate each other to strive for our goals. Will always recommend (^~^)

Awesome gym! The owners and trainers are amazing so helpful and motivating. The workouts are full on but great even if you're just starting out as the trainers are supportive, the people are friendly, and the atmosphere is fun and exciting. If you want results and an intense workout this is the place to go. Love it. Thanks for helping me to achieve my goals F45 Browns Plains!

Friendly, enthusiastic & passionate trainers. Option to work at your own pace or push harder. A fun, loving supportive & friendly bunch! F45 Browns Plains has changed my attitude & demeanour on training for the better in which I can’t thank the team enough for. I couldn’t recommend a better facility for anyone who is looking to see a change whilst having fun!

I absolutely love my F45 gym at browns plains. I lost all motivation to train and for years I've struggled to get back into a gym. But since I found F45 browns plains I've been every day that I physically can make it. Its restored my love for training and I'm forever thankful for that. The coaches are exceptional and the workouts are tough. Worth every cent ♡

I highly recommend F45 Browns Plains. The team have created a supportive, high performing culture that welcomes all fitness levels into the studio. Each trainer greets you by first name when you walk in the door, provides consistent support, and motivates you to achieve your fitness goals. It’s a great atmosphere and I’m glad to be a member of F45 Browns Plains.

I have been a member of F45 Browns Plains for 4+ years now and the coaching, environment and programming are second to none. The current team of trainers including Darius are beyond inclusive - they make everyone of all ages and backgrounds feel welcome and seen. My technique is constantly improving thanks to their guidance and it lifts my spirits to walk through their doors each day. Anyone who makes this gym their ‘fitness home’ will be in very good hands.

This place is THE Best! It's a geat way to meet new people and the place is full of energy making it easier for anyone to feel motivated in getting out and active! The Coaches are ALWAYS there to help you, guide you and encourage you to challenge yourself!
