Staff are SO RUDE and so rushed, can barely do a pedicure properly they rush through it so much. Customer service is absolutely shocking, extreme hygiene concerns, pedicure chairs are broken, and place is completely run down. Not worth it, recommend to just go somewhere else.

I have been going to Primrose nails for several years now. The staff are fantastic and they always manage to fit you in for an appointment. Their nail work is great I have never had any problems with their quality work. I leave feeling refreshed with sparkling nails every time. I would highly recommend this family business.

Not happy, will not be going back!!!I asked for a good manicure with tips finish with french ombrè.She skipped the manicure so I just delt with it thinking she will moisturize ect at the end, but she dit not. The ombrè is very speckled not blended and the shape was rushed I had to get her to fix one of the nails that was massively crooked.So all up rushed job, feel like I wasted my money.

We all had such a wonderful experience at Primrose nails. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff went above and beyond with excellent customer service & first class nail spa service. I booked for eight members of my family & bridal party for 6pm the Friday evening before my wedding. We were able to sip champagne and enjoy such a wonderful pre wedding bonding experience.Thank you Primrose, each and everyone of my group were so happy with your quality & price, especially me! Will come here every time now.

I had a great experience at this salon today. The team were very welcoming and kind. I had my previous sns nails removed and new sns applied. They are perfect! The salon could be a little cleaner, but the products are top quality and so much care and attention to detail was given to my nails. I couldn't be happier. Thanks! :)

Pedicure was great done by the man that works there, the manicure was done by not the owner but one of her staff she way so rude and so rushed my nail coating is so thick I’m going to have to get them re-done tomorrow probably wouldn’t go there again only if the man did my nails he’s got talent

I didn’t feel rushed at all, they were all very welcoming and my nails are the best i’ve had. This is definitely my fav place. The only problem was the run down roof which was leaking, otherwise my nails are spectacular.
