Laguna Beach House

it was absolutely stunning, views amazing and heaps of room for guests. Super comfortable it’s almost like our second home.

Laguna is in an unbeatable location. Just moments from South and North gorges, and the cafe and ice cream spots in Point Lookout. The house is an ideal beach house in it's layout and how it functions climatically, with openings on all sides to capture breezes. Having said that though, in cold or rainy weather it's not as practical. The house is on 3 different levels. Open plan living / kitchen/ dining on one, a bedroom and bathroom on another, then 2 bedrooms and an ensuite on another. To access each level you have to walk outside. To access the main bathroom at all, you have to step outside as it's not connected internally to any rooms. People with small kids might find this very impractical. If it's raining you are likely to get wet and if it's cold outside, you'll experience it when using the bathroom and moving from the living to the bedroom levels. There is 1 heater in 1 bedroom. If considering booking the property during the Summer months, I would say go for it. But if it's winter, and you have young kids, or anyone with accessibility issues, then I would suggest looking elsewhere.
