The staff here are completely attentive and willing to assist. My pug arrived to have her nails clipped (always traumatic) it was done in 5 mins without any bleeding... first time ever!!!

Pet stock gave me one of the most joyous retail experiences I’ve ever had. After two previous visits to the store and a month between visits, the lovely sales person walked immediately over and gave my dog a big hug and called her by her name. She then devoted 15 minutes to helping me find the perfect new harness and chatted through the transaction in a most cordial way. I actually love this store because of its LGBTI inclusiveness!! You’re on a winner there Petstock and your staff are wonderful. That girl belongs on Mastermind so good is her retentive memory for dog’s names. Bravo!!!

Maintenance not so good. Shampoo supply often low and nozzle of dryer always broken or absent. Otherwise ok.

Young girl, didn't have a name tag sorry, black hair green shirt 1130am NYE - tested the fish water for us, spent heaps of time with us picking the right fish and even called another staff member to be sure about our selection. Exceptional service and help. Will return for all our pet needs. My little 6yo was stoked.

Do not buy any fish from petstock, died 3 days later. Apparently fish are not refundable and no health guarantees are given but they don't advertise this before purchase as I was told by the lady manager. However the website says live fish are guaranteed for 7 days.

BUYER BEWARE. Terrible customer service and bad staff attitude! I went to return approx. $200 collar that when I went to use it would not recharge and was broken. Without even looking at the product, I was advised that I could not return or exchange it but I could have an address to deal with the company who makes them directly with my issues. I was told we don't make just sell it, so it's not our issue or our problem if it doesn't work. It's amazing a few days earlier they were happy to take my moneyb but then become nasty if the product they sell is broken.
