I’m so grateful to the team at LSPS. I have 3 children on the spectrum who have benefited from the caring and nurturing culture here. Thank you especially to the front desk girls for being so generous and understanding.

I will recommend to clarify with them first. I have fallen in their trap. They initially told me that they have available therapist and requested an assessment for my son speech development. I paid $250+ for the assessment from my own pocket just to find out they no longer have any therapist. I was told someone will contact me very soon. Still waiting for that someone for a year already. It appears they just wanted to make some quick money. No wonder why their google review rating is so low.

This business would be so much better if Eddie wasn’t around. He himself needs therapy to sort out his own behaviors.

These people are amazing . From my experience, I believe that they are doing their job in a very proffessional way. It is not like other therapists that just have their centres to earn money. They just show care and work with their hearts.I called them to book an assessment for my 4 years old. They were able to assist me and gave me advice through the phone. They informed me that the assessment was still early for her and were happy to provide me with intense information about my daughter's situation.They made me save alot of money.On the other hand, I asked other speech therapists and noone was able to help like them. Instead they booked for assessments eventhough they definitely know that it is too early to assess her for her situation.I really recommend it and I will definitely go back to them if I need any other advice.Big thanks to Liverpool Speech Pathology

I am so glad that my son does not attend this disgusting place anymore. Eddie does not know how to run this place, he is extremely rude and arrogant. My son used to come here for 8 months, and because he missed two appointments they took him completely out of the system and couldn’t get a booking anymore. I tried speaking to Eddie to explain why we missed the two session, but he was rude and not understanding and said he could not help me. This just shows that he does not have the children’s best interest and doesn’t care about families.

He has no respect to speak on the phone with a women.He gives me a wrong appointment time to start with, and then explains how on earth his system is so fragile and mastermind with the way they make appointments and have appointments available.And when my son lost 15min of session time, it was his personal decision not to offer me a make up session, where as the receptionist was kind enough to say we can provide you a make up session upon approval.And then when he called me to say, we can't offer make up appointment a due to error with giving out appointment time we can offer you a refund instead.When I said to him, cancel l my son's appointment and give me a refund, what Eddie does is - cancels the appointment straight away and when I ask him when will the refund be provided for the lost time, he says when I get a chance and when I am free, I asked him can you give me a timeframe he said, a month or 2 I don't know.He was so unprofessional, that be told me that I was pushy, where as I was only asking for a time frame and he hung up the phone.My son has lost 15min of time in learning and Eddie guys chooses not to offer a make up or refund.He has been extremely difficult to deal with and has no respect.DO NOT USE THem .I found another place straight away who were much easy to deal with.I do not agree with the comments below, the mannerisms and behaviour as a owner that Eddie has displayed is unacceptable.The speech pathologists are lovely and do a good job, however the front desk (who is mostly the owner)is a disaster.I obviously wanted to let the receptionist know that the person who booked me for the appointment was rude, over talking and did not explain and let me know about the appointment procedure. And when you are unknown to sudden shortening of the appointment , as ŕ,parent is obviously you are to get upset and question as to what is going on here. I am happy to wait till the last appointment finishes to make up for the lost time. I was told, sorry the staff doesn't get paid to stay back !! Are you serious.I am glad I no longer deal with this pathology and this guy.I am writing an official complaint ! Who talks to a lady like this ?

An outstanding, well-run service, with great speech pathologists who achieve excellent results with the children.

Very bad experience and won't recommend anyone to waste their money. The receptionist doesn't know half of the things and will never put a closure to your query. On top of it, the manager is least concerned and doesn't know what a good customer service means. My daughter had one session with the pathologist and the lady spent 40 minutes asking me what I can or cannot do at home. She hardly played with my daughter or gave her any cues. I was extrememely dissatofied with their service.
